[Panel] Ownership - Who Owns What and How?

In this panel we will discuss the idea of ownership and try to understand different variables of it. In times of increasing sharing economy principles and emerging technologies such as blockchain, new nuances of ownership emerge. What are and should be the responsibilities and rights of owning? What are the risks, the incentives and possible rewards in new structures of common goods? Does this open up new possibilities of dealing with the problem of the commons?
